Interesting Game

I really enjoyed this game, despite not thinking that it was as 'deep' as some people are claiming, the voice offers an interesting moral feature and really breathes life into what could otherwise easily have been just another stale platformer.

The visuals were fantastic and fitting, and I loved the creature you played as, it gave character to the game. I especially enjoyed the way the screen pixelated if you disobeyed your master, which was a nice touch to show that your actions were having a direct effect on the visual style. One way that this could be improved on to make it less confusing would be maybe having a 'clean' world when you obey and then the more you disobey, the dirtier and more foreboding the world becomes.

My ownly real problem, is that the statues are sometimes quite poorly placed, and one in particular threw me backwards everytime i re-spawned, and off a ledge, which was quite irritating.

I really think that you should make a sequal, there is a lot of potential here for something truly special. Include multiple routes and shortcuts, and perhaps include more variety in the traps and definately have the voice mess with your head in some more interesting ways.
